1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CarDealDrop ("CarDealDrop," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website at https://cardealdrop.com and the related notification service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CarDealDrop aggregates publicly available used-car listings and sends you push notifications when a listing matches the filters you set (such as make, model, price, year, mileage, city, and radius).
CarDealDrop provides alerts and information only. We are not a party to any vehicle sale. We do not broker, sell, inspect, appraise, or guarantee any vehicle, seller, or transaction. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence, communications, negotiations, purchases, payments, and personal safety when contacting sellers or buying a car. Always exercise caution and meet in safe, public places.
3. Accounts
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
CarDealDrop is a paid subscription service. Current plans and prices are:

The 3-day trial ends after 3 days; unless you cancel, it converts into the plan you selected and monthly billing begins. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Polar.sh, and are subject to their terms as well.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We may change our prices from time to time; if we do, we will give you advance notice, and changes will apply to future billing periods.
4b. Alerts Are Not Guaranteed
We work hard to notify you as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will detect every matching listing, that a notification will arrive within a specific time, or that a listing or deal will still be available when you act on it. The speed and availability of alerts depend on the underlying listing sources, network conditions, your device, and other third parties outside our control.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service; copy or resell the Service or its data; resell or share access to your account; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Third-party listing sources
CarDealDrop is an independent tool that matches your filters against publicly available used-car listings. We are not responsible for changes third-party sources make to their platforms, policies, or availability that affect the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that alerts will be timely or complete, that listing information will be accurate, or that you will find or successfully buy a car through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarDealDrop and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising out of your reliance on the Service or any vehicle purchase decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
10. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CarDealDrop operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
